What is Spirituality?


When I close my eyes, I find peace within. When I open my eyes, what can I do for you?

When I close my eyes, I have so much disturbance. When I open my eyes, what can I get from you?


This attitude is the reason for not finding peace within. Engaging with community resources, such as a food pantry, can help shift our focus and foster a deeper connection to spirituality.

Think beyond IQ! True intelligence NOT how quickly you think, 

BUT how effectively you keep track of your own thoughts.


Observe  your mind, activate your brain: self-awareness starts anterior  prefrontal cortex, shifting defending old beliefs to updating  


It’s rare because it's uncomfortable. It requires you to stop reacting and start reflecting, even when it bruises your ego.

COMMUNITY - - Food Pantry Pickup @4pm-7pm Every Wednesday

Our food pantry offers essential community resources, featuring a variety of fruits, vegetables, bread, and canned goods. In addition, we also provide spiritual texts such as the Bible, Quran, & others to nourish the soul.

Emergency and other days pick up is available 24/7 - CALL.

Donate

Community resources, including food pantries, are available for individuals seeking assistance with food,  fruits and vegetables. If you have interest in spirituality, importance of giving back, we can help arrange pickup for your donations, as well as support for animals & pets(you are moving). Call us today
